What is the unemployed woman today: older than the youth, with at least secondary education, no good knowledge of foreign languages, computer skills and internet habits, who monitors job vacancies online and at the Labor Office and hopes to find a job thanks to his previous experience and connections, dreams of a work environment with harmonious relationships with the possibility of development, is ready to join relatively short training forms and wants to get more information about alternative job search channels and to improve the way he presents himself to employers.
This is what our research showed, but there are always exceptions! If you are:
- young and unemployed,
- a mother who cannot find a job,
- unemployed over 50,
